Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (MS RN) to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while managing a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions while responding to their needs promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate patient records in the Epic EMR system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year experience in an inpatient medical/surgical setting.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Recent Epic experience within the last 6 months is required.
• Ability to work holidays and weekends as needed, with a requirement to work 2 out of 3 holidays.
• Travelers must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible.
