Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Telemetry

This position requires a night shift schedule from 7 PM to 7 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our medical surgical telemetry unit. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients with various medical conditions, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and monitoring patient health status.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans.
• Documenting patient care accurately and promptly.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Experience in medical surgical telemetry preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
