Job Description

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the 10 Tower unit, which consists of 14 beds with a patient ratio of 1:4 or 1:5. The nurse will work collaboratively with a dedicated team, including a Unit Secretary and Charge Nurse, to ensure optimal patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in accordance with established guidelines and best practices.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond promptly to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care activities using the Meditech documentation system.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS and NIH certifications required.
• Must possess a valid nursing license.
• Experience in a similar clinical setting preferred.
