Schedule

Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30). Every other weekend required (Friday/Saturday).

Job Description

Join our team as a Registered Nurse specializing in PICU and NICU care. You will primarily work with pediatric and neonatal patients. Occasional floating to Adult ED or Adult Critical Care may be required based on skill set and hospital needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for PICU/NICU patients with varying acuities.
• Manage medical procedures including blood gas, ventilation (BiPAP/High flow) initiation and management, and code responses.
• Administer medications and perform in-house transport.
• Utilize specialized equipment such as Servo I & U and V60 BiPAP.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1.5 years of acute care experience.
• PICU/NICU experience is mandatory.
• Active New Jersey or Compact nursing license required at the time of submission.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications preferred but may be obtained onsite.
