Schedule

Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with one weekend per month. Weekdays will be provided off to balance.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for our 42-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in acute care, skilled nursing facilities (SNF), and inpatient rehabilitation. Join our team of physical and occupational therapists, working collaboratively to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient rehabilitation care to orthopedic, cardiovascular, neurologic, and general med/surg populations.
• Utilize a variety of equipment such as treatment beds, exercise balls, resistance bands, treadmills, and exercise bikes in therapy sessions.
• Maintain patient documentation using the Meditech EMR system.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have current BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, or SNF experience.
• Ability to work varied day shift hours.
