Schedule

Shift times are flexible, starting between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, and ending between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM. There is a requirement of 1 weekend shift per month in addition to full-time hours, with primary needs from Monday through Friday.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on cardiac, vascular, and orthopedic patients. You will have the opportunity to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, providing evaluations and treatment while utilizing advanced equipment and technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for assigned patients.
• Implement and monitor therapeutic interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals, including Occupational Therapists and Speech Therapists.
• Document patient progress using the Sunrise Allscripts documentation system.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall care plan for patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid New Hampshire Physical Therapy License.
• BLS certification required.
• Acute care experience preferred, with an emphasis on working with higher volumes of cardiac, vascular, and orthopedic patients.
• Vestibular experience is preferred but not required.
