Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor and Delivery. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to expectant mothers and their newborns in a dynamic hospital setting. This position requires adherence to AWHONN guidelines and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the health and safety of both mother and baby.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maternal and fetal health during labor and delivery
• Provide nursing care following established protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes
• Assist in triage and assessment of patients
• Educate patients and families about labor, delivery, and postpartum care

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a current State License as a Registered Nurse
• At least 2 years of recent acute care experience
• Certification in Fetal Monitoring, ACLS, BLS, and NRP preferred
• Experience with OR circulation and mother/baby care is preferred
