Job Description

The role involves various responsibilities related to patient care and support. Candidates must fulfill specific health and professional requirements prior to onboarding, ensuring compliance with established standards.

Responsibilities

• Compliance with all required health history checks including vaccinations and tests.
• Completion of necessary professional forms and background checks.
• Adherence to the Trinity Code of Conduct and confidentiality agreements.
• Participation in competency and skills assessments as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Verification of professional licenses and certifications.
• Completion of health screenings including drug screens and immunizations.
• Submission of a completed Trinity Profile and Conflict of Interest forms.
