Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Travel RN specializing in Med Surg. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing essential patient care and maintaining high nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in the Med Surg unit.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the medical team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Compact or Alabama RN License.
• BLS Certification required.
• Experience with Cerner preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Med Surg setting.
• Patient ratio of 6 to 1.
