Registered Nurse - NOC 12 Hours

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, implementing, and evaluating care for assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician. This role requires a strong knowledge of principles, theories, and current methods and techniques of nursing practice. Utilizing the nursing process, the RN collaborates with patients, their family members, significant others, and other healthcare professionals to tailor individualized patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient care needs.
• Implement and adjust care plans based on patient condition and response.
• Direct nursing support staff in delivering high-quality patient care.
• Ensure compliance with standards of nursing practice and departmental policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the area of clinical specialty preferred.
• Valid PA Registered Nurse License required.
• Basic Life Support certification required.

Schedule

This position requires a night shift working for 12 hours.
