Registered Nurse - 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Shift

Job Description

This is a 13-week contract position for a Registered Nurse. The primary responsibilities include preparing, administering, and recording prescribed medications. Additionally, you will be changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs. The role requires adjusting specialized medical equipment as needed, interpreting and recording measurements, and monitoring patients' vitals while promptly reporting any adverse reactions to medications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications.

• Start IVs and adjust specialized medical equipment as necessary.
• Interpret and record vital measurements.
• Monitor patients' vitals and report any adverse reactions in a timely manner.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• At least 6 months of nursing experience is required.
• Recent traveler experience is highly preferred.
