MRI Technician - Radiology / Cardiology

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

5x8 evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; call rotation required.

Job Description

The MRI Technician will be responsible for performing MRI procedures and providing quality patient care. The candidate will work closely with the clinical team to ensure optimal workflows and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MRI scans as per physician instructions.
• Monitor patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Ensure proper functioning of MRI equipment and resolve any technical issues.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participate in call rotation as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience required.
• ARRT certification required.
• Experience with EPIC is required.
• Ability to care for COVID patients as needed.
