Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our rehabilitation unit for a temporary contract position. The ideal candidate will possess strong rehabilitation experience and will work with a team to provide exceptional care to patients.

Responsibilities

• Administer wound care and incision dressings
• Assist in Foley catheter placements and blood transfusions
• Provide respiratory therapy, including trach suction and breathing treatments
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to manage patient care
• Document patient progress using CareTools Meditech

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Rehabilitation experience essential
• BLS certification required
