Days: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Call required 7 days every other week.

Job Description

The Cardiac Cath Lab Technician demonstrates critical thinking skills and judgment in assisting with the performance of imaging studies in the Cardiac Cath Lab. The Technician is responsible and accountable to perform studies timely, under the direction of the Cardiologist, Chief Technologist, or Director of Imaging Services.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing imaging studies in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Ensure studies are completed timely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including Cardiologists and Imaging Services Directors.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess RCIS certification.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC accepted).
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Must be greater than 50 miles from the facility for travel assignments.
