Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care

Schedule

8-hour Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM; Every other weekend is required.

Job Description

The role involves providing nursing care in a long-term care facility with a focus on a 40-bed unit. Patient populations include individuals with multiple sclerosis (MS), orthopedic conditions, dementia, and memory care needs.

Responsibilities

• Floating to all units within the same building as required.
• Delivering quality patient care in adherence to established guidelines.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a long-term care setting.
• Current New York State LPN license is required.
• BLS certification is required.
