Job Description

Join our dedicated healthcare team in the 14-bed Medical ICU, where you will provide critical care to a diverse patient population, including those with sepsis, respiratory issues, and some cardiac and trauma cases. We're looking for a team-oriented Registered Nurse who promotes best practices and accountability in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an ICU setting preferred.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Strong teamwork skills and accountability in practice.
