Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in adult critical care and emergency department settings, and be proficient with airway management devices and ventilation therapy.

Responsibilities

• Administer oxygen therapy and operate various respiratory support devices (e.g. BiPAP, CPAP, nebulizers).
• Perform intubation assist and extubation as necessary.
• Provide tracheostomy care and management.
• Collect sputum specimens and manage airway suctioning.
• Monitor and manage mechanical ventilation, including troubleshooting high pressure alarms and weaning patients from support.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Current BLS and RRT certifications are required.
• Experience with EPIC charting system is required.
