Travel RN - Med Surg

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: Nights 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Travel RN for a Med Surg unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical-surgical nursing with excellent patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med Surg unit.
• Monitor patient progress and ensure effective treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current COMPACT or AL RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg nursing experience required.
• Cerner experience preferred.
• Patient ratio of 6 to 1.
