Job Description

Join our team as a healthcare professional committed to delivering exceptional patient care. This position requires adherence to all necessary health and safety protocols while ensuring a high standard of service. Candidates must possess the necessary certifications and complete specific onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform health assessments and document patient histories.
• Follow protocols for personal health history and immunization tracking.
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and safety agreements.
• Participate in competency testing and skills checklists as required.
• Complete required training sessions and certifications.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• License/Certificate Verification.
• Trinity Code of Conduct Compliance.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Physical/Health Statement submission.
• Completion of Trinity training modules including Conflict of Interest and Patient Safety Agreements.
