Shift: 1:00 PM - 1:00 AM; Every other weekend required.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care and support in a high-volume Emergency Department.
• Collaborate effectively with a diverse team in a multicultural community.
• Utilize advanced clinical skills and participate in procedures as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and patient satisfaction protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in an ER setting.
• Experience in a Level II trauma center and high-volume Emergency Department preferred.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications required.
• ENPC certification within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication skills and a teamwork mentality.
