Radiation Therapist

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, Day shift, 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 16:00). No call, no weekends.

Job Description

The Radiation Therapist will provide high-quality radiation therapy services to patients, utilizing advanced treatment technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various treatment systems and be skilled in patient care within a radiation oncology setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation treatments according to prescribed plans.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatment.
• Utilize ARIA software for treatment planning and patient management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist.
• ARRT certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Associate's Degree from an accredited Radiation Therapy Technology Program required.
• Experience with EPIC and ARIA software preferred.

Location

Facility located in proximity to the healthcare facilities in Frank.
