Schedule

12-hour Night shift, with 36 guaranteed hours per week. 2 weekend shifts are required within a 2-week pay period.

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit. This position involves floating between Progressive Care/Step Down, MedSurg, and PostPartum as required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and provide care for patients with a variety of conditions, including ETOH detox, post-PCI, DKA/HHS, cardiac issues, GI concerns, and those requiring BIPAP support.
• Perform respiratory assessments and provide medication titration as necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess an active RN license.
• Certification in BLS and ACLS is required.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience preferred, with specific skills in EKG/ Cardiac Monitoring.
