Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Travel OR Charge Nurse in a busy and diverse surgical unit. You will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing general OR surgeries, neuro/spine procedures, cardiovascular thoracic surgeries, orthopedics, gynecology, and robotic surgeries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operating room team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.
• Collaborate with medical staff to assess and prepare patients for surgical procedures.
• Oversee and maintain surgical equipment and instruments.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff and surgical technicians.
• Respond to emergency situations and provide care in accordance with trauma protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have experience as an OR Charge Nurse.
• Trauma Level II experience is required.
• Current nursing license and certifications as per state regulations.
• Must possess strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
