Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift; may require weekend coverage and travel outside the area occasionally.

Job Description

CVHCare is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant with a minimum of 1 year professional experience. Home health experience is preferred. The physical therapy assistant will be responsible for providing therapy services to patients in the designated territory. This may include working with Covid+ and Covid PUI patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in home health settings.
• Maintain productivity of at least 30 points per week if on a guaranteed hours contract.
• Complete documentation, phone calls, and related tasks as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current CA PTA License
• BLS Certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Auto insurance and registration
• Annual TB test
• MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (10 years), Flu (annual) vaccinations
• Comprehensive drug screen
• Physical exam
