Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Schedule

Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients in a telemetry unit, with a focus on managing a variety of medical needs.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions and manage telemetry readings.
• Provide care for patients with cardiac issues, including managing cardiac drips.
• Assist with central line management and care for patients with IV and PICC lines.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred, particularly in a telemetry unit.
• Active RN license in Pennsylvania or a Compact state.
• Current AHA certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.
• Cerner charting system experience required.
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only).
