Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and work in an acute inpatient rehab setting. You will engage with a diverse population, primarily focusing on geriatrics, and play a crucial role in providing therapeutic interventions and support.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the evaluation of patients and the development of treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions based on established goals and patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with physical therapists and other team members to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care in the EHR system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current COTA certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related setting preferred.
• Experience with geriatric patients is highly desirable.
