Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong emergency nursing skills and a commitment to providing excellent patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patient populations, including trauma, cardiac, and stroke cases.
• Handle a patient load with a 4:1 ratio for general patients, 2:1 for critical care, and 6:1 for fast track patients.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for patient documentation.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• ACLS, PALS, BLS, and TNCC certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency nursing is preferred.
• Experience with trauma and pediatric patients is a plus.
