Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse for our Medical-Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical and surgical nursing, with experience across various disease processes and nursing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients with various conditions
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on healthcare needs and disease management

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience in medical-surgical nursing
• Proficient in the use of medical equipment such as IV pumps and SCDs
• Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills
