Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in our Respiratory Services department. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality respiratory care to patients across various service lines, including adult, pediatric, and neonatal units, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services in accordance with established protocols and patient care standards.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting therapy as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive respiratory care.
• Educate patients and families regarding respiratory health and therapy.
• Maintain proficiency in operating respiratory equipment, including various ventilators and oxygen delivery systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a valid North Carolina Respiratory License.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is preferred.
