Night shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of Neuro experience to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The role requires floating between five hospitals based on staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for a mix of Medical-Surgical and Progressive Care Unit patients.
• Manage patient ratios of 1:4 and float to ICU for downgraded patients as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes effectively.
• Utilize EPIC charting system for documentation and patient management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in New Jersey or compact state.
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications required.
• Must pass dysrhythmia test within the first 72 hours of signing.
• 2 years minimum Neuro nursing experience.
• First time travelers accepted, but experienced candidates preferred.
