Job Description

Join our dynamic team in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) where you will provide compassionate care to a diverse patient population. As a Travel RN, you will have the opportunity to manage various medical issues, providing critical support aimed at enhancing the patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with acute and chronic medical issues.
• Monitor and assess patient health status and deliver appropriate intervention.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to establish and implement treatment plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Educate patients and their families about health care conditions and wellness strategies.
• Float to other inpatient Med/Tele and Rehab units as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1-year current acute care PCU experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications are mandatory.
• Prior Meditech experience and Chemo Certification are preferred.
