Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Medical / Surgical Adult Unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support to our healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and conditions.
• Assist in daily living activities and support patients’ needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient care.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current LPN License in good standing.
• Previous experience in a medical/surgical unit preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
