This position offers a block schedule with shifts running from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department will provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced environment. This role requires clinical expertise and strong assessment skills to deliver high-quality nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to any changes in condition.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN Licensure.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and CPI certifications.
• 2+ years of experience in an Emergency Department setting.
• Experience with direct patient care in a high-acuity environment.
