Job Description

We are seeking a Bed Placement RN Coordinator for our Admit / Transfer Center. This role requires working collaboratively to manage bed placements, transfers, and admissions at a Level II Trauma Center.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bed placements and transfers.
• Manage transfers to higher levels of care as needed.
• Work with house supervisors to ensure effective facility operations.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among different departments.
• Handle intake and bed control processes efficiently.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a valid RN license in the state.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a House Supervisor or in a Transfer Center role.
• Experience with charting systems, specifically Epic.
• Strong skills in crisis intervention, management, and emergency preparedness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
