Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Long Term Care. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients while adhering to the highest standards of nursing practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to a patient ratio of 1 to 5.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with daily living activities and patient mobility.
• Document patient progress and interventions accurately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and unrestricted Colorado RN license is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in Long Term Care is required.

Housing

There is a possibility of sharing a 2-bedroom/2-bath apartment, with rent covered. Please note that housing is not available until the day before your scheduled start date. Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed.
