Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience to join our team. This position requires a compassionate and outgoing personality, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to newborns in the Level 3 NICU setting.
• Manage patient evaluations, medication administration, and ongoing assessments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Assist with the training and education of new staff and support personnel.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience is mandatory.
