Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Travel Registered Nurse for our Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Emergency Nursing and be ready to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be expected to deliver high-quality patient care, manage a diverse patient population, and be part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care in the Emergency Department with an average patient ratio of 3:1.
• Perform IV starts, medication administration, and sedation procedures.
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and mid-level providers.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital policies and guidelines.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and maintain a focus on patient safety.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1-year Emergency Department RN experience.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, and TNCC.
• Experience with Meditech EMR is preferred.
• Travel nursing experience or prior experience in large facility settings is a plus.
