Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Night Shift

Night shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) with every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing respiratory care to patients across various units while floating as needed. Your expertise will be essential in critical situations, including ER and rapid response calls.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality respiratory care and management to patients of all ages.
• Perform aerosol therapy, ventilator management, and tracheostomy care.
• Respond to emergency situations and participate in code responses.
• Interpret arterial blood gases and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Utilize Epic for charting and documentation of patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Washington state license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory care preferred.
• Experience with pediatric patients is preferred.
