Job Description

The Emergency Department is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role requires critical thinking, trauma experience, and a commitment to patient safety and care. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional emergency care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for patients in the Emergency Department
• Utilize advanced monitoring equipment and EKG machines
• Participate in critical procedures including thoracotomy and arterial line placement
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes effectively
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care outcomes

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• ENPC, TNCC, ACLS, PALS, BLS, CPI with TIC certifications required
• Experience with trauma, STEMI, stroke, and sepsis as a core skill
• Adult and pediatric ED experience preferred
