Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Travel RN specialized in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nursing. The unit features 41 beds and is staffed by a team of approximately 60 professionals, ensuring a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients in a busy NICU environment.
• Operate and manage various types of equipment including HFOV, central lines, conventional vents, CPAP, and NIPPV.
• Care for MicroPremie patients and perform necessary respiratory support.
• Assist in surgeries (excluding heads and hearts) and ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have Level II-III NICU experience; Level III-IV preferred.
• Current BLS and NRP certifications are required.
• Ability to work both day and night shifts as needed.
