Schedule

Days, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, with floating and call required. Call varies based on census needs.

Job Description

The Travel Swing Bed RN will provide general skilled nursing care within a Swing Bed Rehabilitation setting, performing a range of nursing duties. Floating required between Rehab and Med/Surg units as per clinical competency and scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care in adherence to treatment plans and patient needs.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and manage medical equipment as required.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes for patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience; 2+ years of experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Must have an active RN license.
• Fingerprinting required for New Mexico travelers.
