Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at providing urgent care to patients with a low acuity, will possess strong teamwork skills, and have experience in a trauma environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and document findings.
• Administer medications and manage IVs.
• Provide wound care and perform lab draws.
• Care for patients classified as ESI 1 through 5.
• Participate in mandatory shift huddles at the beginning of each shift.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have relevant experience in an emergency department, preferably Level II or Level III trauma experience.
• Current certifications: TNCC, ENPC or PALS, ACLS, and BLS are required.
• Compassion, Urgency, and Teamwork skills are essential.
• CEN or TCRN certifications, as well as CPI training, are preferred but not mandatory.
