Travel RN - Progressive Care Unit (PCU) - Night Shift

This position requires a night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Travel RN to join our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a Magnet-designated facility known for its commitment to quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications in accordance with facility policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to create individual care plans.
• Assist with various medical procedures and support patient safety and comfort.
• Float to other inpatient Med/Tele and Rehab units as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care PCU experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required.
• Prior Meditech experience is preferred.
• Chemo certification is a plus, enabling scheduling in the Oncology unit.
