Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist for a part-time role to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. You will provide evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to the needs of your patients. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and rehabilitation exercises.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Applicants must possess a valid Physical Therapist license and have relevant experience in a clinical setting.
