This position operates on a night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to join our team. This role involves providing essential patient care and support during the night shift, ensuring that all patient needs are met with compassion and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care during night shifts.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and interventions.
• Assist with daily living activities and provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient outcomes.
• Manage and administer medications as prescribed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current licensure and certifications applicable to this role are required. Candidates should also possess relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
