Night Shift: 15:00 - 03:30 (3 PM - 3:30 AM)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for our facility. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care in a fast-paced ER environment, managing a patient load of 4:1 and ensuring efficient and compassionate nursing services to all patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to emergency patients
• Monitor patient conditions and vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Participate in emergency preparedness activities
• Float to other units as needed

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an ER RN
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification
• Current TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
