7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 12 hour shifts, 1:4 weekends, including overnight trauma call as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel Certified Surgical Technician (CST) specializing in Gynecology and Genitourinary procedures at a Level One Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise as a CST, exceptional patient care, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures in the operating room for a diverse patient population, ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Utilize skills in Robotics (Davinci Xi) and perform procedures such as PCNLs, Nephrectomies, Ureteral Reimplants, Hysterectomies, Cystectomies, Colpocleisis, Hysteroscopies, and Ureteroscopies.
• Maintain a sterile environment and follow established protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with surgical teams and staff to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a CST with Level 1 trauma experience.
• CST certification required.
• Competency in the specialties of General, GU/GYN, Ortho trauma, Orthopedic joints, Neurosurgery, ENT, Pediatrics, Plastics, and Endovascular is preferred.
