Schedule

Shift: 4x10 Days (Monday-Wednesday 8:00 am - 6:30 pm and Saturday 6:30 am - 5:00 pm) with weekend requirements.

Job Description

The PET/CT Technologist is responsible for performing a variety of nuclear medicine and PET imaging procedures. This role includes conducting cardiac perfusion scans, viability studies, and a range of other imaging techniques with a strong focus on detail and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform PET and CT scans, including cardiac studies, brain imaging, and various other nuclear medicine procedures.
• Ensure safety and proper handling of radioactive materials.
• Maintain patient records and document procedures using the EPIC charting system.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care and imaging requirements.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and maintenance of imaging equipment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in PET/CT imaging.
• Current BLS certification.
• NMTCB or ARRT (N) along with ARRT (CT) or NMTCB (CT) certification.
• Washington state license required.
• Experience with the EPIC charting system preferred.
