Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nurse to provide high-quality care to our critically ill newborns. The ideal candidate will possess the expertise to manage complex cases and deliver specialized treatment in a supportive and advanced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently admit and manage ventilated patients in the Pediatric ICU using Servo U ventilators.
• Set up and administer heliox therapy through both invasive and non-invasive methods.
• Utilize non-invasive ventilation techniques, including biPAP and CPAP.
• Implement and manage treatments involving Bubble CPAP and nitric oxide.
• Provide care and intervention to critically ill neonates, ensuring the best patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Neonatal ICU or Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
• Current PALS certification required.
• Strong familiarity with advanced neonatal skills and critical care procedures.
