Schedule: 7 PM to 7 AM, with Tuesday starts. Must be available for 3-4 weekend shifts per schedule. No call required.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Travel RN specializing in Mom/Baby care. This nursing role involves providing high-quality care for mothers and newborns in a busy healthcare setting. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Mother/Baby unit and a positive, flexible attitude to work as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for mothers and their infants during their stay.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Conduct assessments and monitor the health status of mothers and babies.
• Support breastfeeding and lactation processes.
• Perform routine procedures such as phototherapy, blood sugar checks, and IV administration.
• Document all patient care activities accurately in the EMR system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have current RN license and BLS certification.
• Certification in NRP is required.
• Prior experience in a Mother/Baby unit is mandatory.
• NICU or postpartum experience is preferred.
